The FBI and NASCAR have finally admitted the “noose” claimed by Bubba Wallace was nothing more than a simple garage door rope tied in a loop and had been there since October 2019.

NASCAR Statement:

FBI Statement:

The manual garage door rope on stall #4 was tied into a hand loop by the team of Ryan Blaney sometime after the October 2019 Talladega qualifier and before the start of the main race. There are numerous ropes on several garage bay doors that are tied to make similar loops at the bottom. It makes it is easier to pull the door down.

Before NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace appeared on CNN with Don Lémon to discuss his now disproven racial “noose” targeting, he had a decision to make.  Wallace could accept the FBI/NASCAR finding and admit an honest mistake was made or he could make racism his new identity in NASCAR as Colin Kaepernick did with football in the NFL. Bubba Wallace chose the latter.

From the article linked above:

NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace revealed he has spoken with the FBI in the ongoing investigation regarding the noose that was found inside his car garage.

Wallace slammed critics who have labeled the incident a hoax during an appearance Tuesday on “The View.”

“It offends me that people would go to those measures but again, I’m not shocked,” Wallace said. “People are entitled to their own opinions to make them feel good and help them sleep at night.”

“But it is still an ongoing investigation with the FBI,” he added. “I can now say I have talked to the FBI, never thought that would happen.

Wallace called the situation “unfortunate circumstances” and said 2020 will be a year to “forget.”

“It’s just unfortunate circumstances and a terrible time that we’re in right now,” Wallace said. “Year 2020 will be one year to for sure forget moving forward. But you know, it’s simple-minded people like that, the ones that are afraid of change, they use everything in their power to defend what they stand up for instead of trying to listen and understand what’s going on.”

New home sales jumped up 16.6% in May, blowing past the so called experts estimates of a 2.9% rise. The May increase in sales is nearly 13% higher than the same month one year ago.

Home sales are a key indicator of economic health because purchases of homes requires (1) income, a stable job; and (2) an optimistic financial outlook from the buyer.

From the article linked above:

The U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development jointly reported the new residential sales statistics for May 2020. New home sales unexpectedly soared 16.6% (±15.5%) to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 676,000 in May, easily beating the consensus forecast.

This month of April was revised down to a rate of 580,000, when most businesses and government were operating on a limited capacity or had ceased operations totally. Still, new home sales have shown little impact due to the pandemic and are now 12.7% (±23.5%) above the May 2019 estimate of 600,000.

New home sales were on fire prior to the pandemic and beginning to show the fourth cylinder firing in a strong economy, peaking at 774,000 in January. Forecasts for May ranged from a low of 600,000 to a high of 670,000. The consensus forecast was only 636,000.

Larry Kudlow joined Varney to discuss U.S.-China trade and the economic recovery.

I absolutely LOVE the fact that corporations are leaving these hell holes run by Democrats and being taken over by anarchists.

Coronavirus pandemic or not, an investment advisory company is leaving the cultural unrest in Seattle and moving its headquarters to Phoenix’s Camelback Corridor.

” … The unrest that has taken place in the city of Seattle … there is really is not a downtown business community today,” Smead Capital Management. President and CEO Cole Smead told KTAR News 92.3 FM.

Smead said that although taxes in Seattle are lower, candidate recruitment is harder and the cost of living within the city is more expensive than Phoenix.

“We’re hearing rumors of 40-story buildings that will be only 20-percent occupied by October,” Smead said.

“My biggest concern for Seattle was what the business community is going to come back to, and what kind of businesses are going to come back for customers.”

He found that metro Phoenix offers a better quality of life.

“My colleagues can pick the socio-economic rung of life that they want … live their lives, build their households and have a family if they’d like,” Smead said.

“Where we’re coming from just wasn’t like that.”
