I absolutely LOVE our President when he slaps the Fake News around:

From the article linked above:

Flanked by Attorney General Bill Barr, President Trump signed an executive order in the Oval Office on Thursday that interprets Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996 (CDA) as not providing statutory liability protections for tech companies that engage in censorship and political conduct.

The president’s order, which also cuts federal funding for social media platforms that censor users’ political views, came just two days after Twitter took the unprecedented step of slapping a “misleading” warning label on two of Trump’s tweets concerning the fraud risks of nationwide mail-in balloting. The move immediately backfired: Experts disputed that Trump’s tweet was actually misleading, in part because mail-in balloting has been linked to ongoing fraud; Twitter’s fact-check itself contained false statements; and Twitter failed to apply the standard of review to other users.

Our President, FLOTUS and VP received a briefing about the 2020 Hurricane Season. During the briefing our President and VP Pence shared some remarks from the Oval Office.

China is going to live to regret unleashing this virus on our country and the rest of the world. They are going to be destroyed by the EAGLE 🦅!

From the article linked above:

The Trump administration is expected to expel thousands of Chinese graduate students that are in the United States and who have ties to Chinese military schools. The expected order comes as U.S. intelligence officials continue to warn of spying by Chinese nationals at U.S. universities and in science and technology fields.

“American officials are discussing ways to punish China for its passage of a new national security law intended to enable crackdowns in Hong Kong, but the plans to cancel student visas were under consideration before the crisis over the law, which was announced last week by Chinese officials,” The New York Times reported Thursday. “Administrators and teachers have been briefed in recent years by the F.B.I. and the Justice Department on potential national security threats posed by Chinese students, especially ones working in the sciences.”

Another win in court against the Democrats BS plan to try and steal the election.

From the article linked above:

The RNC, NRCC, and Pennsylvania Republican Party also successfully defended against a requested injunction in Crossey v. Boockvar. Left-wing plaintiffs represented by Marc Elias and Perkins Coie asked the court to re-write Pennsylvania’s election laws to allow ballot harvesting, require the Commonwealth to count ballots delivered after Election Day, and gut signature match requirements. The court denied that request finding that the Plaintiffs were unlikely to succeed with their claims.

All that Crying Chuck, the Democrats, MSM, Leftists, Never Trumpers etc. can do is whine and complain. They can’t stop the Trump Armada,

From the article linked above:

Senate Democrats released a 50-plus page report Wednesday sounding alarm bells over the rate at which Senate Republicans and President Trump have confirmed federal judges during the president’s first term as Republicans are working on shepherding along even more lifetime-appointed federal judges.

The account calls GOP-appointed judges “politicians in robes,” rails against the Chief Justice John Roberts’ Supreme Court, slams the conservative and libertarian lawyers’ group the Federalist Society and says Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., is “betraying the vision of our founders.”

[…] At this point in his first term, Trump and the Republican Senate have confirmed more than 190 judges to federal Article III courts overall – second only to Jimmy Carter – and 51 judges to the U.S. Courts of Appeals — one more than Carter and 16 more than the next-most successful president, George H.W. Bush.

Our President and Cocaine Mitch still have the following remaining:

  • US Court of Appeals – 1 vacancy / 1 nominee pending
  • US District Court – 71 vacancies / 41 nominees pending
  • US Court of International Trade – 2 vacancies / 1 nominee pending
  • US Court of Federal Claims – 6 vacancies / 5 nominees pending
  • TOTAL – 80 vacancies / 48 nominees pending

Lee Smith appeared on Lou Dobbs to discuss the latest revelations in the Obama-era surveillance operations. Mr. Smith calls it “Obama’s Culture of Espionage.”

Michael Flynn’s defense attorney Sidney Powell appeared on FBN with Liz MacDonald to discuss recent events.

After our President announced that he would veto any FISA reauthorization bill without a full investigative review of prior FISA abuse so that legislation could be created specifically to fix the severe flaws in the process, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has dropped the vote for FISA reauthorization:

From the article linked above:

The House of Representatives on Thursday dropped consideration of legislation that would have extended U.S. surveillance tools, after President Donald Trump threatened a veto and his fellow Republicans withdrew their support.

“The two-thirds of the Republican Party that voted for this bill in March have indicated they are going to vote against it now,” Representative Steny Hoyer said in a statement on Thursday, after a vote on the measure was unexpectedly postponed late on Wednesday.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi sent a letter to members of the Democratic caucus saying she intends to hold negotiations with the Senate on a possible compromise bill that could be passed and sent to Trump.

Meanwhile Minneapolis, Minnesota continues to burn!
