I love the fact that our President tweeted this about the Governor of Michigan:

Our President understands that she is a gift that keeps on giving!

From the article linked above:

Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed three new executive orders in response to the Republican led Michigan legislature did not extend the emergency and disaster declaration set to expire at midnight of May 1.

Whitmer took shots at the Republicans in her release saying by “refusing” to extend the states of emergency and disaster they are putting their heads in the sand and risking lives.

Her new orders are effective through May 28 extending the state of emergency which remains in effect under the Emergency Powers of the Governor Act of 1945; and an extension of the state of emergency and a state of disaster under the Emergency Management Act of 1976.

Meanwhile you have examples of real leaders that lead during the most difficult times.

Georgia Democrat State Representative Vernon Jones continues to speak out:

Little by little our President is chipping away on our country relying on foreign countries to manufacture materials needed for our defense.

From the article linked above:

The Energy Department said Friday that President Trump has banned the purchasing and installation of specific types of foreign gear for power plants and the transmission system. The move is a strategic effort to block the U.S. grid from falling victim to attacks from Russia and China.

The president’s executive order increases the secretary of Energy’s ability to prevent the use of select equipment that creates a national security risk. It also allows the secretary to determine which parts of the grid system are at risk and therefore in need of replacement.

Officials leading the effort will assess recent threats from abroad based on information from the U.S. intelligence community. They will then make a judgment on which elements of the power system need replacing. Agencies have been warning for several years that America’s electrical grid is an attractive and vulnerable target to foreign hackers.

National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow appeared on CNBC to answer growing questions about whether there is a White House plan to punish China.  Kudlow will not refer to any specific reports being discussed in the press but did affirm there will be retaliatory measures.

Additionally, Director Kudlow discusses the status of the economy, the current claims under the Payroll Protection Program and what efforts might yet come.

Michael Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell appeared on Fox Business with Maria Bartiromo to provide an update on the latest documents showing the innocence of her client.

As Ms. Powell noted, on Thursday afternoon Judge Sullivan ordered Powell to stop any further filings with the court until the DOJ affirms they have presented all evidence to her.

Fox Business Host Lou Dobbs outlines some stunning information about the recently released FBI documents and how they align with President Obama’s involvement.

Additionally, General Mike Flynn’s defense counsel, Sidney Powell, gives her perspective on the release and what it could mean for their case.

Sidney Powell last 30 second was concise/penetrating linking the entire coup to Obama.

SleepyCreepy Joe did more harm than good yesterday with Joe & Mika.

As more and more comes out about SleepyCreepy Joe, his “suppose” lead against our President is evaporating.

From the article linked above:

President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden are locked in a tie, the new IBD/TIPP Poll finds. Joe Biden had led in every IBD/TIPP 2020 presidential election poll back to August, including a 6-point edge in early April.

NOTE: Always pay close attention to the Independents percentages

Trump’s 9-point deficit among independents (30%-39%) in the April IBD/TIPP Poll turned into the narrowest of leads (36%-35%). Another 10% of independents say they’ll support another candidate, while 16% are undecided.

From the article linked above:

President Trump’s roller coaster approval ratings are back to their all-time high, this time thanks to the record support of independents, a group he needs to win reelection but has struggled with.

The latest Gallup survey found that 49% of adults approve of the president’s job, up from 43% two weeks ago. Trump has never crossed 49% in the Gallup survey.

[…] Helping Trump, said Gallup, was the support of independents. “Most of the variation in Trump’s recent job approval rating is among independents. In the current poll, 47% of independents approve of the job he is doing as president, the highest Gallup has measured for the group to date. 93% of Republicans and 8% of Democrats approve of the job Trump is doing,” said Gallup.

I love the fact that our President was interviewed by Dan Bongino yesterday. He called-in for an interview on current political events. The interview begins at 03:45 of video below.

The interview covers current COVID-19 mitigation efforts as well as the financial packages used to help offset the economic damage. On the state-bailouts our President hints he would not veto a phase-4 package that includes state bailouts; but he would seek to extract significant concessions.

During the last part of the interview [@28:12] President Trump discusses the Michael Flynn case and the recent developments. The interview ends @35:30.

You can find a recap of the interview in the link below:

From the article above:

Today, Dan interviewed President Donald Trump and discussed a range of issues, from Joe Biden’s sexual harassment allegations to the Wuhan virus and the economy, and ended with discussing the revelations exonerating former national security advisor General Michael Flynn and fired-in-disgrace former FBI director James Comey’s role in attempting a coup against the presidency.

Another win for our President in court!

From the article linked above:

The Trump administration scored a major victory in the courtroom on Wednesday after a federal judge denied a request to block the president’s freeze on many green card applications.

Immigrant-rights groups asked U.S. District Court Judge Michael Simon to issue a temporary injunction against Trump’s order blocking green card applications from foreign nationals living outside the United States, with the plaintiffs attempting to tie their request to a previous decision by the judge that blocked Trump’s ban on immigrants who could not afford health care.

Simon, however, ruled that the order is not related to the previous case.
