The 5th Circuit of Appeals issued a temporary stay on the lower court’s ruling. The  State of Texas is permitted to enforce its measures to protect the unborn amidst the Coronavirus.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX) and Attorney General Ken Paxton (R-TX) on Tuesday afternoon, giving Texas the green light to enforce a statewide ban on performing abortions during COVID-19. The ruling from the Fifth Circuit is in response to a lawsuit from Planned Parenthood and the Center for Reproductive Rights, both of whom sued the state of Texas for the governor’s order. The order followed suit of the state of Ohio, on account of abortions being “non-essential,” “non-emergent” surgeries. It was designed not to prohibit abortions, but to prioritize real medical needs; abortions necessary to save the life of the mother received an exemption under Gov. Abbott’s order:

I hope the voters in the State of Michigan never forget that their POS Governor put their lives in danger because of her TDS.

On Friday March 27th Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer threatened to revoke the medical licenses of doctors and pharmacists who prescribe hydroxychloroquine to treat coronavirus in Michigan.

Four days later, March 31st, the same POS asks the federal government to send her hydroxychloroquine to treat coronavirus patients.

From the article linked above:

[…] “We want to ensure that doctors have the ability to prescribe these medicines,” she said. “We also want to make sure that the people who have prescriptions that predated COVID-19 have access to the medication they need. And so all of the work that we’ve done is trying to strike that balance.”

In its approval letter, the FDA wrote that “[b]ased on the totality of scientific evidence available to FDA, it is reasonable to believe that chloroquine phosphate and hydroxychloroquine sulfate may be effective in treating COVID-19.”

“When used under the conditions described in this authorization, the known and potential benefits of chloroquine phosphate and hydroxychloroquine sulfate when used to treat COVID-19 outweigh the known and potential risks of such products,” FDA Chief Scientist Denise M. Hinton wrote in the approval letter.

U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin has announced that small businesses (0 to 500 employees) and sole proprietorships can start applying for the coronavirus relief funds on April 3rd. One week later, April 10th, self-employed individuals, 1099 contractors and s-corps can apply.

The FISA Court needs to be dismantled and never put back together.

The OIG began reviewing FISA applications from eight field offices. The OIG selected 29 FISA applications from those field offices over the period of October 2014 to September 2019.

The IG submitted an interim memorandum yesterday. Within the 17-page-memo the IG notifies Attorney General Bill Barr and FBI Director Chris Wray that all of the claimed FISA processes, in every field office, are grossly deficient and in most cases there is zero compliance with FISA standards.

Inspector General Michael Horowitz says FBI is doing a poor job complying with Wood procedures designed to protect Americans’ civil liberties in surveillance warrants.

The Justice Department’s chief watchdog issued an extraordinary warning Tuesday that the FBI is failing to follow its own rules when pursuing surveillance warrants in sensitive intelligence and terrorism cases, confirming that problems first exposed in the Russia collusion probe extend to other cases.

DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz wrote FBI Director Chris Wray in a management alert memo that a review of more than two dozen Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant cases found agents were not complying with the so-called Woods Procedures designed to protect American civil liberties during such probes.

Among the problems cited was a failure by agents to substantiate allegations submitted to courts, similar to the missteps the FBI made in failing to ensure allegations in the Steele dossier back in 2016 were verified before securing a FISA warrant targeting the Trump campaign and former adviser Carter Page.

The issue of Immigration will propel our President to be re-elected. If Republicans play their cards right, we will win back the House and keep our majority in the Senate. We could actually grow that majority.

Americans are sick and tired of illegals coming through Central America and Mexico and don’t want them in our country going forward.

From the article linked above:

In the midst of the Chinese coronavirus crisis, about five-in-six American adults said they want to see the United States end all immigration from Mexico.

The latest Harvard/Harris Poll asks Americans whether they would support or oppose an immigration moratorium on Mexico during the coronavirus crisis. Overall, 83 percent — or five-in-six — said they favor ending all immigration from Mexico at the moment.

This sweeping support for ending immigration from Mexico includes 75 percent of Hispanic Americans and 77 percent of black Americans. Another 73 percent of Democrat voters said they support ending immigration from Mexico, while 84 percent of swing voters and 93 percent of Republican voters support such a measure.

Even among the most liberal voters, nearly 70 percent said they support ending immigration from Mexico, as well as 74 percent of voters who supported failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in 2016.

The reason that the Leftists, MSM, Never Trumpers etc. are attacking Mike Lindell, Evangelicals, our President, his Administration is because they are frightened that Americans are turning to God rather than the Devil.

From the article linked above:

A new poll from Pew Research Center says that coronavirus has brought believers to their knees like never before — in prayer — and that 15% of Americans who say they never or seldom pray, have begun praying, while 24% of those say they’re without religion, have nonetheless turned to God.

According to the recent survey, 55% of U.S. adults say they’ve prayed for an end to the coronavirus outbreak.

Those who say they pray daily — roughly 86% of Americans as a whole, and 73% of those who identify as Christians — have “taken to prayer during the outbreak,” Pew reported.

[…] But get this: So have plenty who normally don’t pray.

“So have some who say they seldom or never pray and people who say they do not belong to any religion (15% and 24%, respectively),” Pew reported.

Our President and the Coronavirus Task Force held a press briefing yesterday with the latest updates and information.
