The day prior to the House Democrats impeaching our President, the Economic Train decided to punch them all in their mouths. She knows exactly what PDJT has meant to our economy and our country. He literally saved both them!

From the article linked above:

U.S. homebuilding increased more than expected in November and permits for future home construction surged to a 12-1/2-year high as lower mortgage rates continue to boost the housing market and support the broader economy.

Housing starts rose 3.2% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.365 million units last month, with single-family construction racing to a 10-month high and activity in the volatile multi-family sector increasing for a second straight month. Data for October was revised higher to show homebuilding rising to a pace of 1.323 million units, instead of advancing to a rate of 1.314 million units as previously reported.

Overall housing starts jumped 13.6% on a year-on-year basis in November. Building permits increased 1.4% to a rate of 1.482 million units in November, the highest level since May 2007.

From the article linked above:

  • U.S. manufacturing output rebounded more than expected in November, as the end of an almost six-week strike at General Motors plants boosted auto production.
  • Manufacturing production rose 1.1% last month after a downwardly revised 0.7% fall in October. Industrial output also rose 1.1% in November, the Federal Reserve said.
  • There was a 12.4% surge in the production of motor vehicles and parts in November.

The Federal Reserve said on Tuesday that manufacturing production rose 1.1% last month after a downwardly revised 0.7% fall in October. Industrial output also rose 1.1% in November after a downwardly revised drop of 0.9% in October.

The Atlanta Federal Reserve had to revise their 4th Quarter forecast for the real GDP rate from 2.0% to 2.3%.

Once again all three indexes (DJIA, S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite) reached all time highs.

Great interview with USTR Robert Lighthizer as he describes the goals, objectives and outcomes of the USMCA and U.S-China Phase One agreements.

Ambassador Lighthizer references the auto sector and the jobs and investments that will occur because of the USMCA. We are already beginning to see how it is going to payoff BIGLY for the auto sector.

From the article linked above:

Ford Motor Co. is adding 3,000 jobs at two factories in the Detroit area and investing $1.45 billion to build new pickup trucks, SUVs, and electric and autonomous vehicles.

The company said Tuesday that about $750 million will go the Michigan Assembly Plant in the Detroit suburb of Wayne, where 2,700 jobs will be added during the next three years. Another $700 million will be invested in the truck plant in Dearborn, where 300 new jobs will be added.

Hiring will begin next year for the jobs that will pay on average about $61,000 a year.

The cherry on the sundae for the Economic Train was the WAPO having to admit that their much needed recession ISN’T going to happen!

This is the same POS “news” outlet in July and August that wrote multiple articles predicting certain doom for the U.S. economy and was pushing the recession narrative.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2019/12/15/us-economy-shakes-free-recession-fears-striking-turnaround-since-august/

From the article linked above:

The U.S. economy is heading into 2020 at a pace of steady, sustained growth after a series of interest rate cuts and the apparent resolution of two trade-related threats mostly eliminated the risk of a recession.

This marks a dramatic turnaround in momentum since August, when some forecasters predicted a 50 percent chance of a downturn starting by the end of next year.

[…] The major fears in August were that businesses would continue pulling back their spending, Trump would continue imposing tariffs, and companies would soon turn around and ax employees. But that worst-case scenario didn’t materialize. Job gains exceeded expectations in October and November.

Yesterday our President and FLOTUS welcomed Guatemala President Jimmy Morales and his wife to the White House. Prior to their bilateral meeting the two leaders held a press availability in the Oval Office.

The FISA court, in a rare public order, slams the FBI over surveillance applications.

Judge Rosemary Collyer of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court gives the FBI until Jan. 10 to come up with solutions in the wake of the IG report.

Here’s the full opinion/order from Collyer:

I agree with Representative Devin Nunes. It’s time to dismantle the FISA Court!

In the interview Devin Nunes outlines his February 2018 notification to the FISC about the specific fraud upon the court; and as a result of that (and a follow-up) notification, Nunes is absolutely right to say Judge Collyer is FULL OF SHIT for saying she was not aware until now about the abuses by the FBI. She was aware because he told her.

Keep in mind that in 2018, both Representative Nunes and Goodlatte were ranking members and Chairs of their committees since Republicans were still in the majority at the time.

  • Chairman Nunes informed the court about flaws in the FISA application and requested the transcripts (if any) from the FISA Court during the DOJ/FBI Title-1 surveillance application over their target, U.S. person Carter Page.
  • 2018 House Chairman Bob Goodlatte requested the actual FISA Title-1 application as submitted by the DOJ/FBI for surveillance of Carter Page.

This BS has been going on for nearly two decades!

I absolutely LOVE the fact that our President sent a seven-page letter to Nervous Nancy telling her that the impeachment process she and the other Democrats conducted will forever change the landscape of our constitutional republic.

Here’s the letter from our President:

The Democrats have major problems in Georgia and Wisconsin! There will be 500K fewer illegal votes they can try to use! Crazy Bernie knows exactly what this means for him and the rest of the clowns.

More winning when it comes to our southern border!

From the article linked above:

A migration deal will allow immigration authorities to send asylum seekers to Honduras and prevent them from reapplying in the United States, according to documents obtained by the Los Angeles Times.

The Department of Homeland Security announced the agreement in September, but the Times on Monday was the first to report that the deal would block seekers from applying in the U.S. if Honduras or another country rejects their asylum claims.

Under the deal, authorities could send asylum seekers at the U.S.-Mexico border to Honduras regardless of if they came from the country, the Times reported. Immigration officials previously said the agreement would prevent vulnerable populations from being “victimized by smugglers.”

From the article linked above:

Less than one percent of asylum requests have been granted since implementation of the Remain in Mexico policy, also known as the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP), according to a Sunday-published report at the San Diego Union-Tribune.

It has been almost a year since the government began sending asylum seekers back to Mexico and only 11 people have been granted asylum. That accounts for a grant rate of less than one percent

Data shows that as of September, of the more than 47,000 people in the program, fewer than 10,000 had completed their cases. Of that group, 5,085 cases were denied while 4,471 cases were dismissed without a decision being made — mostly on procedural grounds.

Only 11 cases — or 0.1 percent of all completed cases — resulted in asylum being granted, according to the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse at Syracuse University.
