The decision by the Supreme Court yesterday to uphold President Trump’s immigration enforcement policy that denies asylum claims to migrants who travel through safe nations to reach the U.S. will completely shutdown our Southern Border as the Wall continues to be built. In the not to distant future, there won’t be any detention centers full of illegals.

The Supreme Court is allowing nationwide enforcement of a new Trump administration rule that prevents most Central American migrants from seeking asylum in the United States.

The justices’ order late Wednesday temporarily undoes a lower court ruling that had blocked the new asylum policy in some states along the southern border. The policy is meant to deny asylum to anyone who passes through another country on the way to the U.S. without seeking protection there.

Most people crossing the southern border are Central Americans fleeing violence and poverty. They are largely ineligible under the new rule, as are asylum seekers from Africa, Asia and South America who arrive regularly at the southern border.

The administration has said that it wants to close the gap between an initial asylum screening that most people pass and a final decision on asylum that most people do not win.

HERE IS THE KEY POINT OF WHAT THIS DECISION MEANS

Asylum seekers must pass an initial screening called a “credible fear” interview, a hurdle that a vast majority clear. Under the new policy, they would fail the test unless they sought asylum in at least one country they traveled through and were denied. They would be placed in fast-track deportation proceedings and flown to their home countries at U.S. expense.

When you cutoff aid to these shithole countries, eventually you get exactly what you were hoping for to occur.

El Salvador’s government will deploy at least 800 police to its borders with Honduras and Guatemala in a bid to thwart U.S.-bound migrants, officials said on Wednesday.

A government statement said the deployment is set to begin on Thursday at La Hachadura, a border crossing with Guatemala near the Pacific coast and where hundreds of Salvadoran migrants have previously attempted to cross as part of large caravans.

The police will be backed up by another 350 immigration officials who will review identification and travel documents of migrants seeking to cross, according to a Salvadoran government official.

Mexican Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard said after a White House meeting earlier this week there had been a significant decrease in U.S.-bound immigration through Mexico, especially from Central America, and he expected the trend to continue.

From the article linked above:

Family units and unaccompanied minor apprehensions declined more significantly than single adults, senior administration officials familiar with the numbers told the Daily Caller. Family units dropped to 55% of total apprehensions, whereas earlier in the year they were closer to 70%.

The officials also noted that apprehensions of migrants from Central America fell at an even faster rate than the 56% reduction from May to August. Central American families have made up the bulk of the border crisis over the past year.

The Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) program — known colloquially as “Remain in Mexico” — is also allegedly de-incentivizing economically-driven migrants from claiming asylum at the border. Instead of these asylum seekers being released into the U.S. while they await court proceedings, they are returned to wait in Mexico, stemming what the president calls the “catch and release” of migrants.

Once these asylum seekers are relocated to Mexico, they are offered work permits and free transportation back to their home countries. As a result, border officials are seeing a larger number of individuals voluntarily returning home instead of completing the asylum process.

Officials point to the administration’s work with Mexico as the “largest driver” of the reduction in illegal crossings, as many of the family units traverse through Mexico from Guatemala and Honduras and then claim asylum in the U.S.

The WINNING will never ever stop under PDJT!

The Trump administration has stepped up the rebuilding of the dilapidated U.S.-Mexico border wall and is finally moving on new extensions of the 30-foot-high barrier as it aims to install 500 miles of a new “border system” by the end of next year, officials said on Monday.

And once the $3.6 billion in money redirected from the Pentagon lands in the hands of border officials, they expect the construction of 2-3 miles a week will surge.

The officials said that the U.S. Border Patrol’s priority has first been to replace useless walls in key areas, mostly on federal land, where there is a high probability of illegal crossings.

Trump’s team has focused on those areas, installing a new “border system” that includes the high wall, lighting, special technology to identify crossing attempts, and an access road.

Translation: We had a good telephone conversation with President Donald Trump. The will to maintain a relationship of friendship and cooperation between our peoples and governments was reaffirmed.

I absolutely LOVE Thomas Homan! He loves to destroy Democrats whenever he testifies.

The Trump Judicial Armada continues to grow unabated. This is GENERATIONAL WINNING!

Our President is playing a cat and mouse game with China. The EAGLE decided he would put the arrows down and extend the olive branches.

U.S. Company SurveyMore than a quarter of the respondents – or 26.5% – said that in the past year, they have redirected investments originally planned for China to other regions. That’s an increase of 6.9 percentage points from last year, the AmCham report said, noting that technology, hardware, software and services industries had the highest level of changes in investment destination

Our President senses the diminishing position of Chairman Xi.  The status quo, U.S. disinvestment, has put Beijing into a weakening position.  As the President noted yesterday during remarks from the Oval Office, Xi’s belt-and-road supply chain program is collapsing.

From the transcript linked above:

President Trump: “We’re doing very well with China. And you probably saw the numbers that have come out and come out — some of them coming out just today. But China is — their supply chain is breaking up. The supply chain of China, which was this unbreakable, powerful tool that they had, is breaking up like a toy because companies are moving out. And China wants to make a deal.”

We’ll see what happens. We have to make the right deal for this country. China has been taking out hundreds of billions of dollars a year out of our country.

And, you know, I read — I read papers like the Wall Street Journal. They don’t have a clue. They haven’t got a clue. They don’t make any excuses for the fact that China has been literally ripping off the United States in the worst manner for so many years.

Five hundred billion dollars pouring out of the United States. And I hear people — I don’t even know. Do these people have any education on anything? It’s common sense maybe more than anything else.

[…] By the way, China is having the worst year they’ve had now in 57 years, okay? Fifty-seven. It was 27. It was 22 and then 27. It’s 57 years. This is the worst year they’ve had. And it’s only going to get worse. So I think they want to make a deal too. We’re dealing with them, but I think they want to make a deal.

As you know, they’re coming in sometime in early October. And we’re speaking to them constantly. And they also — they made a couple of moves last night that were pretty good. You saw that, right? They were pretty good.

Q Which moves do you mean, sir?

THE PRESIDENT: They were pretty respectful to our people. You’re going to see it, because you were one of the people that reported it. You — your group.

But China is — China is — about to having to do with tariffs, Jeff. Having to do — you saw what they did.

Q With purchases?

THE PRESIDENT: They took tariffs off certain things. A lot of things.

Q And you’re happy about that?

THE PRESIDENT: Well, I think they did the right thing. I think it was good for them. But they took them off. Yeah, I think it was a gesture, okay? But it was a big move. People were shocked. I wasn’t shocked. But I deal with them, and I know them and I like them. And I hope we can do something.

Meanwhile Taiwan is stepping up bigly for our farmers. You are going to see many countries in Asia do the same since our President is destroying China causing many companies to leave for other Asian countries.

  • The rising tension between Beijing and Washington has helped Taipei, as the US Congress and Trump administration move to strengthen ties with Taiwan
  • A letter of intent for the sale will be signed next week in Washington, signalling the apparent political as well as economic dimension to the purchase

In a bid to drive home the message that Taiwan is a reliable US partner at a time of deep and growing distrust between Beijing and Washington, Taipei has announced plans to buy US$3.6 billion worth of American farm products, including soybeans, corn, wheat and meat products. This follows the imposition by Beijing of up to 25 per cent tariffs on US grains in the tit-for-tat trade war involving the world’s two largest economies.

Taiwan said that during a trade mission led by Chen Junne-Jih, Taiwan’s deputy minister of agriculture, a letter of intent would be signed next week with US grain and meat exporters.

“While the US-China relationship is deeply trapped by a trade dispute, Taiwan instead has been a trustworthy trading partner of the US and is taking substantial action to enhance a closer US-Taiwan economic cooperation,” the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the US, Taiwan’s de facto American embassy, said in a statement.

Neil Cavuto and the CoC are scared out of their minds. They can see the writing on the wall. Their beloved China and by extension the European Union are crumbling right in front of their eyes.

Winning is absolutely awesome!
