Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, is showing through his actions today that he WILL fill every last seat on the Federal Courts before our President’s first term is over.

Before the Senate breaks for the August recess, 19 additional District Judges will be confirmed!

Here are the 19 that will be joining the Judicial Armada!

Here is some more great news! Once those 19 are confirmed, we still have the following vacancies:

  • U.S. Court of International Trade – 4
  • U.S. Court of Federal Claims – 9
  • TOTAL – 109

Yesterday our President hosted the Pledge To America’s Workers 1 Year Anniversary at the White House. Below you will find some video clips from the event.

There was also also a major announcement by NAM (National Association of Manufacturers) to offer 1.18 million manufacturing training opportunities over the next 5 years.

From the link above:

National Association of Manufacturers President and CEO Jay Timmons and Manufacturing Institute Executive Director Carolyn Lee will join President Donald Trump and Advisor to the President Ivanka Trump to sign the Pledge to America’s Workers, with manufacturers committing to provide training opportunities to 1,186,000 manufacturing workers over the next five years to address the industry’s skills gap crisis. Timmons, a member of the American Workforce Policy Advisory Board, will make the announcement official at a White House event marking the one-year anniversary of the initiative, which asks companies and trade groups nationwide to commit to expand programs that educate, train and reskill American workers from high school age to near retirement.

The Wall continues to be built in San Diego.

In that same Fox Poll that had our President’s approval rating at 46%, they also shared his approval rating amongst Blacks. Keep in mind that our President won in 2016 with only 8% of the Black vote.

Charles Payne is a Black voice that loves to spread the truth about what our President’s economic agenda is doing compared to his predecessor.

Only 4 states had a real GDP rate in the 1st Quarter below 2% (NJ, MD, HI, MS).

LOVE this tweet from our Wiburine! Especially the piece about D.C..

Tomorrow we will get the Advance Estimate for the 2nd Quarter real GDP rate. The Atlanta Federal Reserve is forecasting 1.3%. I think it will be closer to 2.0%.

It will be released at 8:30 AM. You can find the result at the link below.

However, all indications are showing that the 3rd Quarter is about to explode.

From the article linked above:

New orders for manufactured durable goods increased $4.9 billion in June, or 2.0% to $246.0 billion. The increase comes after two consecutive months of declines.

Indicator Prior Revised Consensus Forecast Forecast Range Result
New Orders – M/M ∆ -1.3 % -2.3 % 0.5 % -1.5 % to 1.8 % 2.0 %
Ex-transportation – M/M ∆ 0.3 % 0.5 % 0.2 % -0.3 % to 0.5 % 1.2 %
Core capital goods – M/M ∆ 0.4 % 0.3 % 0.2 % 0.0 % to 0.3 % 1.9 %

Excluding transportation, new orders rose 1.2%. Excluding defense, new orders gained a more solid 3.1%.

I absolutely love what Secretary Purdue is doing to food stamp recipients.

From the article linked above:

The Trump administration is proposing bumping 3.1 million people off of food stamps (about 8 percent of the total program) through the federal rule-making process — cutting out Congress.

The rule cracks down on “broad-based categorical eligibility,” or BBCE, a policy that enables states to enroll people in food stamps (formally called the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program or SNAP) if they’ve already applied for other benefits limited to low-income people, most notably Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).

This action fits well with Trump’s budgets, which have consistently proposed slashing food stamps. But unlike those budgets, this is a policy his administration can enact without congressional go-ahead. While those budgets are mostly dead on arrival, this policy will very likely take effect barring a dramatic change.

If Jerry Epstein tried to kill himself or someone else tried to kill him, it won’t be that easy next time.

From the article linked above:

Accused pedophile and wealthy Manhattan financier Jeffrey Epstein was found injured and in a fetal position inside his cell at a New York City jail, according to sources close to the investigation.

Epstein, who is being held in Metropolitan Correctional Center as he awaits his trial for conspiracy and sex trafficking, was found semi-conscious with marks on his neck, two sources told News 4. Investigators are trying to piece together exactly what happened, saying details remain murky.

Two sources tell News 4 that Epstein may have tried to hang himself, while a third source cautioned that the injuries were not serious and questioned if Epstein might be using it as a way to get a transfer.

A fourth source said an assault has not been ruled out, and that another inmate was questioned. The inmate who investigators have talked to in Lower Manhattan facility has been identified as Nicholas Tartaglione, according to two sources. Tartaglione is a former police officer in Westchester County who was arrested in December 2016 and accused of killing four men in an alleged cocaine distribution conspiracy, then burying their bodies in his yard in Otisville in Orange County, according to court records.

From the article linked above:

Manhattan federal prosecutors are conducting an “ongoing investigation of uncharged individuals” connected to Jeffrey Epstein, according to court papers filed Thursday.

The probe was revealed in a court filing that seeks to ensure that evidence in the case against Epstein remains secret.

Prosecutors said they planned to give lawyers for the convicted pedophile “certain documents and materials” containing both “confidential” and “highly confidential” information that shouldn’t be made public.

But they asked Manhattan federal Judge Richard Berman to first endorse a nine-page order prohibiting the lawyers from sharing the information with anyone not directly involved in Epstein’s case.

The reasons include the possibility that releasing it “would impede, if prematurely disclosed, the Government’s ongoing investigation of uncharged individuals,” according to the Manhattan federal court filing.

Our President went after the POS mayor of NYC.

He decided to return fire and was absolutely ROASTED by the SBA!

When looking at the internals for any national poll, keep these percentages in mind to determine how skewed they are.

The latest Gallup Party Affiliation Poll has been released.

https://news.gallup.com/poll/15370/party-affiliation.aspx

As of July 1-12 the breakdown is as follows:

  • Democrats – 27%
  • Republicans – 29%
  • Independents – 38%

When Joe diGenova talks, I listen. He had some interesting things to share about the IG and Durham.

I am SO HAPPY that AG Barr will resume Capital Punishment for those convicted to death at the Federal Level.

From the link above:

Attorney General William P. Barr has directed the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to adopt a proposed Addendum to the Federal Execution Protocol—clearing the way for the federal government to resume capital punishment after a nearly two decade lapse, and bringing justice to victims of the most horrific crimes.  The Attorney General has further directed the Acting Director of the BOP, Hugh Hurwitz, to schedule the executions of five death-row inmates convicted of murdering, and in some cases torturing and raping, the most vulnerable in our society—children and the elderly.

Our President called into the Sean Hannity show. You can watch the full interview below.
