News Roundup! Tax Day, Cher, Dem Polling, Fundraising, Notre Dame, Tiger Woods, Economic Train, Mueller Report…..

You know it’s bad for the Left, Democrats, MSM etc. when the NY Times has to report the truth to their readers.

From the article linked above:

If you’re an American taxpayer, you probably got a tax cut last year. And there’s a good chance you don’t believe it.

Ever since President Trump signed the Republican-sponsored tax bill in December 2017, independent analyses have consistently found that a large majority of Americans would owe less because of the law. Preliminary data based on tax filings has shown the same.

To a large degree, the gap between perception and reality on the tax cuts appears to flow from a sustained — and misleading — effort by liberal opponents of the law to brand it as a broad middle-class tax increase.

From the article linked above:

H&R Block (NYSE:HRB) released data through March 31, 2019 showing the overall tax liability for their clients was down an average 24.9% under the first year of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA). All 50 states and the District of Columbia (D.C.) saw their average tax liability decrease anywhere from 18.0% to 29.1%.

The biggest takeaway from the data is the gap between the overall reduction in liability and the size of the increase in tax refunds.

The Economic Train continues to smile as she picks up passengers and runs over her enemies.

Our President is absolutely KILLING the Democrats, RINOs, CoC, Koch Brothers, MSM etc. by stating that he is going to have illegals that are required to be released sent to Sanctuary Cities and States across our country.

He is also highlighting former Obama personnel that worked at DHS.

He just had some fun with Cher!

The latest Democrat Polling is out.

Meanwhile look how much our President raised in the 1st Quarter.

From the article linked above:

President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign is set to report that it raised more than $30 million in the first quarter of 2019, edging out his top two Democratic rivals combined, according to figures it provided to The Associated Press.

The haul brings the campaign’s cash on hand to $40.8 million, an unprecedented war chest for an incumbent president this early in a campaign.

The Trump campaign said nearly 99% of its donations were of $200 or less, with an average donation of $34.26.

Trump’s fundraising ability was matched by the Republican National Committee, which brought in $45.8 million in the first quarter — its best non-election year total. Combined, the pro-Trump effort is reporting $82 million in the bank, with $40.8 million belonging to the campaign alone.

I absolutely love that our President is honoring Tiger Woods with the Presidential Medal of Freedom for all the right reasons.

The Cathedral of Notre Dame is engulfed in flames. Wonder who might of did it?

The Mueller Report will be available for us to see on Thursday.

From the article linked above:

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s much-anticipated Russia report is set to be released to the public and Congress on Thursday morning, the Justice Department announced.

Justice Department spokeswoman Kerri Kupec told Fox News on Monday the report would be made available — with redactions — Thursday morning to lawmakers and to the public. The news comes despite mounting calls from Democrats to first release the report to Congress without redactions.

The DOJ also noted every page of Mueller’s report was marked to indicate it may contain grand jury material “and therefore could not immediately be released.”

Our President is in MN to talk about his Economic Agenda. You can watch it at the link below.
