Early News Roundup! Assange, LIFE Is Winning, Circuit Court Makeup, Jobless Claims, Mexico Is Mad, Polling, Creepy Porn Lawyer, ICE, 9/11…..

So much news so little time. I felt compelled this morning to get this out ASAP. If additional news is dropped throughout the day, I will run a late day addition. With that being said, lets jump in.

Julian Assange was taken into custody earlier today.

You can find the DOJ statement below.

From the article linked above:

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange was arrested today at the Ecuadorian embassy in London and charged with conspiracy to commit computer intrusion in 2010.

The indictment alleges Assange conspired with former U.S. Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning to crack the password of a classified U.S. government computer.

The Justice Department states, “During the conspiracy, Manning and Assange engaged in real-time discussions regarding Manning’s transmission of classified records to Assange. The discussions also reflect Assange actively encouraging Manning to provide more information.  During an exchange, Manning told Assange that ‘after this upload, that’s all I really have got left.’ To which Assange replied, ‘curious eyes never run dry in my experience.’”

Good bless the voters of Ohio and the politicians that were elected by them. Life is beginning to WIN!

From the article linked above:

The Ohio General Assembly sent a bill to Gov. Mike DeWine on Wednesday afternoon that would ban abortions once a fetal heartbeat is detected.

The House passed the bill 56-40, mostly along party lines, as people on both sides of the abortion debate loudly protested outside the chamber.

Shortly after, the Ohio Senate voted 18-13, also largely on party lines, to agree to changes made in the House to Senate Bill 23.

During the campaign for governor, DeWine said he would sign a heartbeat bill.

The bill would ban abortion as soon as six weeks into a pregnancy.

The fact that many other states have passed similiar legislation (North Dakota, Arkansas, Kentucky, Iowa and Mississippi) and have had courts strike it down means that eventually the Supreme Court will have to hear a case and ultimately decide.                      Roe v. Wade will come before them in the foreseeable future.

The Economic Train is continuing to steam across our country picking up passengers and running over our enemies.

From the article linked above:

Initial jobless claims fell another 8,000 to a seasonally adjusted 196,000 for the week ending April 6, the lowest level since October 4, 1969. During that week, weekly jobless claims came in at 193,000.

The 4-week moving average fell by 7,000 to 207,000, the lowest level for the average since December 6, 1969 when it was 204,500.

The consensus forecast for the week was looking for a gain to 211,000. Last week, weekly jobless claims fell to the lowest level since December 6, 1969.

The Mexican Government is realizing that our President is an APEX PREDATOR that will find a way to kill his prey!

From the article linked above:

Mexico’s foreign minister on Wednesday criticized hold-ups in the flow of goods and people at the U.S-Mexico border, and said he planned to discuss the matter with U.S. Department of Homeland Security officials later in the day.

After days of traffic delays at sections of the border that have alarmed businesses, Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard said the disruptions were raising costs for supply chains in both countries.

On Wednesday morning, only one of six lanes for commercial vehicles was open at the Bridge of the Americas border crossing between Ciudad Juarez and El Paso, according to online data from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

The TRUMP JUDICIAL ARMADA is only going to continue to grow in the foreseeable future.

From the article linked above:

Last month, I did a quick breakdown of the federal courts of appeals by party of appointing president (which is at best a very crude metric of judicial philosophy). Here I am going to take a harder look at how the composition of each court might change by the end of 2020.

ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING! Even if some of these Democrat Appointed Judges decide to stay on board with the hope our President loses in 2020, they will run from their seats soon after he wins reelection in 2020.

Our President’s approval rating among Blacks and Hispanics continues to rise. Keep in mind that he only got 8% of the Black vote and 29% of the Hispanic vote in 2016 and still won.

Same 58% as the NBC poll on the Economy!

The Creepy Porn Lawyer is facing additional charges. He may very well spend the rest of his life in prison!

From the article linked above:

Federal prosecutors in California plan to level fresh charges against Michael Avenatti on Thursday, marking yet another legal blow for the controversial celebrity attorney known for representing adult film actress Stormy Daniels.

The U.S. attorney’s office in the Central District of California scheduled a press briefing in conjunction with the IRS to “announce the filing of a 36-count indictment naming Michael Avenatti.”

A vocal critic of President Donald Trump whose presence on cable television last year made him a national figure, Avenatti now finds himself buried in legal travails on both coasts.

ICE is continuing to pick up illegals throughout our country and throwing them the hell out!

Hopefully the MORONS that live in NYC will remember 9/11 and realize that the Democrat Party they support is DEAD. I won’t hold my breath!

Our President just tweeted the following that he wants us to watch.

They can’t be reasoned with, they must be DESTROYED!

  1. Love the optimism here!

And to be honest, your observations have more truth in them than anything we get from Fake News. Your predictive analysis is terrific too.

We talked about the judiciary over two years ago when the feral mob was screaming about RUSSIA and porn stars. He could save this nation via the courts alone, honestly.

This is more than a transformational man, and soon we will have to look for the appropriate mountain to dedicate to him!
